Week 1
Construction started on Monday, May 23. First was to clear and remove the garden, then bring in fill and set a gravel pad for the men to start laying the lines for the footings to be poured.
Week 2
Construction continues to move forward. This week they poured concrete for the water tank pad, formed together re-bar for the footers and the floor for the main building. They will pour concrete in the coming days.
Week 3
All cement has been poured and the workmen have started to frame the bottom level walls.
Week 4
After the concrete dried, the workman started to frame the exterior walls. Despite the rain and muddy conditions at the work site, the men were also able to set the water tanks in place. Next week, the interior walls will be studded and frame along with the floor joists going up soon.
